Cancellation policy

If you purchase a product or course using a payment plan or subscription option, you agree to complete the scheduled payments associated with that purchase.

Payment Plans for Courses

When enrolling in a course using a payment plan, you are committing to the full course price divided into installment payments. Payment plans are provided as a convenience and do not represent a subscription that can be canceled after partial payment.

Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in:

  • Suspension of course access

  • Loss of certification eligibility

  • Restriction from future enrollments

Course payments already made are non-refundable, and remaining scheduled payments may still be due.

Subscription Products 

If you purchase a product that includes a recurring subscription, you may cancel the subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again. Continued failed payments may result in suspension of services or course access until the balance is resolved.
