Product Purchases and Returns (Tools)
Return Policy
Tools and other physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Defective Products
If a tool arrives defective or becomes defective within 90 days of purchase, we will replace the item. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a replacement.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product if it is defective or damaged. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item.
Course Purchases and Digital Content
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital content and online course access, all sales of courses, certifications, and downloadable materials are final. Once a course has been purchased, the content becomes immediately accessible and cannot be returned or refunded.
License to Use
Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the course materials for personal educational purposes only.
Course materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission from Angel's Animals LLC.
Account Sharing and Unauthorized Access
Course access is intended for one individual user only. Sharing login credentials or allowing others to access your course account is strictly prohibited.
If account sharing or unauthorized distribution of course materials is detected, course access may be suspended or permanently revoked without refund.
We reserve the right to monitor account usage to protect the integrity of our educational content.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing a course or product from Holistic Animal Studies or Angel's Animals LLC, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider.
If a chargeback is initiated for a valid purchase, we reserve the right to:

Submit documentation to the payment provider disputing the chargeback
Customers remain responsible for all legitimate charges incurred.
Course Access
Unless otherwise stated, course access is provided for the lifetime of the course while it remains available on our platform.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or retire course materials as educational standards evolve.
