Halloween Light Therapy Giveaway
Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Halloween Light Therapy Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by Holistic Solutions by Dr. Angel LLC ("Sponsor").

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Shopify, or any other social media or ecommerce platform.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and individuals directly involved in administering the Giveaway, along with members of their immediate households, are not eligible.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on October 20, 2026, at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time and ends on November 8, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Giveaway Period").

The start time is Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), and the closing time is Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Qualifying course enrollments must be completed during the Giveaway Period. Free mail-in entries must be received by the deadline described in Section 5.

The random drawing is scheduled for November 9, 2026.

4. Entries Through Course Enrollment

Eligible participants may receive entries through qualifying paid course enrollments with Holistic Animal Studies during the Giveaway Period.

• Individual courses: Each qualifying course enrollment earns one base entry.
• Course bundles: Each qualifying course included in a bundle earns one base entry.
• Prepayment bonus: Qualifying enrollments paid in full earn three times the base entries.
• Buy Now, Pay Later: Third-party financing counts as prepayment when the Sponsor receives payment for the qualifying purchase through the financing provider.
• Internal payment plans: Enrollments paid through installment plans administered by the Sponsor receive standard base entries rather than triple entries.
• Therapeutic tools: Purchases of therapeutic tools alone do not earn Giveaway entries.

Qualifying enrollments must be completed through an authorized Holistic Animal Studies checkout or enrollment process.

Entries associated with canceled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible transactions may be disqualified.

Important: No purchase is necessary. An alternative free method of entry is available in Section 5.

5. Free Entry — No Purchase Necessary

Participants may enter the Giveaway without purchasing a course, enrolling in a program, or making any payment.

To enter by mail, handwrite the following information legibly on a sheet of paper:

1. Full legal name
2. Complete mailing address
3. Email address
4. Telephone number
5. The statement: "Halloween Light Therapy Giveaway Free Entry Request"

Place the completed request in a stamped envelope and mail it to:

Each valid, individually mailed, handwritten request earns three Giveaway entries.

Only one entry request per outer envelope is permitted. Each request must be mailed separately. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or bulk-submitted requests will not be accepted.

Mail-in deadline: Requests must be received at the Sponsor's mailing address no later than November 8, 2026.

Entries received after the deadline will not be included. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, illegible, insufficiently addressed, or misdirected mail.

Free entries will be included in the same drawing as purchase-related entries. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected.

6. Entry Limit

Each eligible participant may receive a maximum of 30 entries during the Giveaway Period, regardless of entry method or combination of methods.

The same maximum applies to purchase-related entries and free mail-in entries.

Entries exceeding this limit will not be counted. The Sponsor may consolidate entries reasonably determined to belong to the same individual.

7. Prize Description

One winner will receive a Light Therapy Prize Set containing:

• One Class 3B Therapeutic Laser
• One LED Therapy Glove
• One Acupoint Laser Pen
• One Dog Protective Goggle Set

The approximate retail value of the complete prize package is $700 USD.

One prize package will be awarded. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If an item becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may substitute an item of equal or greater value.

Promotional images are illustrative. The appearance of the delivered items may differ from photographs.

The winner is responsible for following product instructions, appropriate laser safety precautions, and applicable laws or professional practice requirements when using the equipment.

8. Winner Selection and Announcement

One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

The drawing is scheduled for November 9, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided with the entry.

The potential winner must respond within seven calendar days of the first notification and provide any information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and arrange delivery.

If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.

The Sponsor intends to announce the winner on November 9, 2026, subject to verification and prize acceptance.

9. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected, regardless of whether it was received through a qualifying enrollment or the free mail-in entry method.

10. Prize Delivery and Taxes

The Sponsor will arrange delivery of the prize to an eligible United States mailing address provided by the verified winner.

Standard domestic shipping costs will be paid by the Sponsor.

The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of the prize.

The Sponsor may request tax documentation if required by applicable law.

11. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably determined to be fraudulent, incomplete, ineligible, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules.

If circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from proceeding as planned, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Any material changes will be communicated through the Sponsor's website or other appropriate channels.

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and applicable laws.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer entries, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and deliver the prize.

Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe participants to promotional emails.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Sponsor's published privacy policy.
