What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all digital courses are non-refundable once access has been granted. We encourage customers to read the course descriptions carefully before purchasing and to contact us if they have any questions about which course is right for them.
For physical products, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve the situation.
Do I need prior experience to take your courses?
No prior experience is required for most of our courses. Our programs are designed for beginners as well as experienced animal professionals such as massage therapists, trainers, veterinary staff, and dedicated animal owners who want to deepen their knowledge of holistic care.
How long do I have access to the courses?
Once you enroll, you receive lifetime access to the course materials. You can learn at your own pace and return to the lessons whenever you need a refresher.
Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. After successfully completing the course requirements, you will receive a Certificate of Completion or High Qualify Paper Certificate (depending on the course) which you can use for professional development or continuing education where applicable.
Are your courses suitable for both dogs and horses?
Some of our courses are species-specific, while others teach techniques that can be applied to multiple animals. Each course description will clearly state which species the training applies to.
When will my physical product ship?
Orders for physical products are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

What if I have questions during the course?
Students are welcome to ask questions as they progress through the course. You will be assigned an instructor and teaching assistant. We also provide access to our student community, where you can connect with other learners, share experiences, and gain additional support.
Will these techniques help my own animals, or are they only for professionals?
Our courses are designed for both animal owners and professionals. Many students enroll simply to help their own animals live healthier, more comfortable lives, while others use the training to expand or begin a professional animal bodywork practice.
Do purchases support the animal sanctuary?
Yes. A portion of proceeds from our courses and products helps support the care of animals at our nonprofit sanctuary and our mission of promoting holistic animal wellness
